For each VLO file there are two versions, a regular file and a _WIN95 version. These files have a header of 2GRP. Nothing else is currently known.

Hi! Stumbled across this forum and figured I'd share some info I know of. VLO files can be opened using TextureFinder v2.1, as long as you use these settings (see in the pic.)  The width and such may need to be adjusted to suit certain files, but "Shift" should be 1 (or something similar depending on the file, mess with it!) and the texture format should be 8888 =24+8. |
