Frogger's Adventures: The Rescue does not run out of the box on Windows 7/10, and even later versions of Windows XP (Windows XP SP3).
This is due to some poor coding decisions they made during development of the game.
It's taken quite some work, but we've come up with a fix to make it run on modern systems. (Credit to grimdoomer , who is largely responsible for this patch)
There are two different patches included.
#1) Patched Exe
This is the most straightforward to use, but it may be slower to receive updates / changes, because it's more difficult for us to work with.
It requires replacing the original game's FrogADV.exe file with the one found in the patch
Instructions:
1. Download and extract this file.
2. Find your Frogger installation folder. (Usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Konami\Frogger's Adventures\)
3. Replace the original FrogADV.exe file with the one in the zip file you downloaded. (Make sure you rename it to be FrogADV, not FrogADV-Patched)
4. Enjoy!
#2) Detours Exe + dll
To use this patch, you will move "SwampLauncher.exe" and "Swampy.dll" to the folder where your game
This patch will require you to move "SwampLauncher.exe" and "Swampy.dll" to the same folder as FrogADV.exe. (Usually "C:\Program Files (x86)\Konami\Frogger's Adventures\"), and launching the game by running SwampLauncher.exe.
Instructions:
1. Download and extract this file.
2. Find your Frogger installation folder. (Usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Konami\Frogger's Adventures\)
3. Move the files Swampy.dll and SwawmpLauncher.exe from the zip file you downloaded into your Frogger game installation folder.
4. You can run the game by running SwampLauncher.exe (in the game folder)
There will be a black screen for around 15-20 seconds (seems to be some kind of audio related setup), then the game will boot normally.

Known Issues:
- If your computer does not have a display mode of 640x480, the game will fail to launch. See below for a fix.

The game does not load even with the patch. Nothing happens, there is no error message either:
The most likely reason for this is that your computer does not have a display mode for 640x480. If the game can't render at that resolution, it will exit without any kind of warning.
Follow the instructions here to fix this.
