Archive.org has a DMCA Exemption for the explicit purpose of archiving old software. archive.org/about/dmca.phpblog.archive.org/2006/11/29/internet-archive-helps-secure-exemption-to-the-digital-millennium-copyright-act/This means they are allowed to preserve software, INCLUDING any DRM bypass. This means archive.org is our preferred place for putting Frogger games, since they are legally allowed to host downloads to these games. (Under US law) I still would like to encourage anyone to get a physical copy of these Frogger games, like I do, however as these games are no longer being sold, it's safe to say this falls under the category of what archive.org is able to host. While we permit linking to Frogger downloads on archive.org, we still do not permit sharing copyrighted material through other means. This means all mods/patches should be shared using a delta patch format, such as .xdelta or (when FrogLord supports it) the .patch format. Thank you for understanding.
