Thanks to NanoSoft for grabbing a screenshot of this image.
This was something that showed when you installed Frogger 2, and displayed all the unlockable characters. In the top right is the official artwork of a character never included in the game. He must have been pulled from the game last minute as he not only has an official artwork design, but was included with all the other characters in this Frogger 2 promotional art that was still used with the install of the game.

So, I was watching NitroRad's recent video on the game, and apparently he mentioned the very Kangaroo in question. Her name is Ruby, apparently, and in the version he played (the PlayStation 1 version), she actually was playable. Which begs the question: Is she seriously not in the PC version? And if so, why not? Seems like a rather weird difference to me.

Seems like a rather weird difference to me. My understanding is that those are two different kangaroos.

Seems like a rather weird difference to me. Roobie is seen on the top left of the image, the unused kangaroo is on the top right. This second kangaroo seems to be the opposite teammate to Roobie, much like Lily is to Frogger
