To extract all files from FROGPSX.MWD, download QuickBMS and this script (right click "save as").
The "quickbms.txt" file which comes with QuickBMS has instructions for using the tool, but it is fairly straightforward.
If you are looking to modify files, take a look at Kneesnap's FrogLord tool.
This thread will just extract the files inside of a MWD into a folder.
