Stage IDs

I found these out with Cheat Engine, at the static address of 00498494 for Singleplayer mode, and 00497F10 for Race (Multiplayer) mode.

The value difference is 5C, and I have reversed the endian to make the list a little easier to understand.
The "00 47" at the start of every value may not be needed, but I like to go the extra mile and have four bytes.
